The QBO Innovation Hub is the first ever Public-Private Partnership startup innovation hub in the Philippines. The DTI is one of the founding partners of QBO, along with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), JP Morgan, and Ideaspace Foundation(under the MVP Group). QBO, since its inception in 2016, continues to help build and develop the Philippine startup ecosystem for the global market.
